Biographies
Los Angeles based composer Paul Buckley graduated in 1992 with a degree in Media Studies from Pomona College, one of the nation's most selective liberal arts colleges, and the cultivator of diverse musical minds from John Cage to Frank Zappa. From there, Buckley enjoyed a long and fruitful collaboration with now-retired "Seinfeld" composer Jonathan Wolff.
With the help of his music editor and business partner Jack Diamond, Buckley has scored dozens of television shows over the last ten years, including NBC's hit comedy "Will & Grace" and FOX's critically acclaimed "Action." He delivered nearly 70 episodes of prime time television during the 2005-2006 season, relying on his broad stylistic range and keen attention to both musical and procedural details to keep five series running smoothly. His most recent work can be heard on Cartoon Network's first live-action series, "Out Of Jimmy's Head," FOX's "Back To You," and the upcoming "Spaceballs: The Animated Series" on G4.
The Buckley family includes many musicians, educators, and authors. The composer's wife, Leticia, is marketing director for the Los Angeles Music Center. They have a three-year-old daughter, Liliana.
Jack Diamond joined Paul Buckley Music in the Spring of 2005, providing music supervision and editing services for an astonishing 9 network pilots that season (resulting in 6 pickups). He has a life long background in music as a performer, singer, and songwriter. He is from Louisville, Kentucky, and graduated from the prestigious Indiana University Music School in Bloomington, Indiana with as a Bachelor Of Music in Percussion Performance.
For 15 television seasons, Jack was the primary music editor, vocalist, music supervisor and musicologist for Music Consultants Group, Inc., serving as music editor on approximately 1500 episodes of network TV, including the entire runs of "Seinfeld" and "Will & Grace".
Jack is a member of both SAG and AFTRA, performing as an off camera singer & voice over artist on recent episodes of "Will & Grace", "Less Than Perfect", and "Living With Fran", as well as almost a full season's worth of now classic "Married... With Children" episodes from 1994-1997.
Jack is himself "Married... With Children". He resides in Burbank, California with his wife DeAnn and sons Jackson & Madison.
